Frequently asked questions
Some websites show a blank page in review. Why?
For your security, reviewed sites run in an isolated sandbox. A few sites need browser features that the sandbox blocks. Try a different page, or upload a screenshot as an image instead.
Do clients need to sign up?
No. Send them a guest link from the Share button and they can comment straight away.
Which file types can I review?
Websites, images (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF), PDFs and videos.
How do I export or delete my data?
Go to Settings. You'll find Export my data and Delete account at the bottom of the page.
How do I invite teammates?
Open your dashboard, create an invite link, and share it with your team.
